What a great experience we had working with Mike and Tom! Their workmanship was outstanding. They were extremely capable, caring people to have doing our project—arrived on time, organized, and followed through and then some. Would love to have them back for future projects.

We had a great experience working with Mike and his crew. From start to finish excellent communication throughout. Mike was very patient and professional during the design process as we went through several iterations before deciding on the final design. His crew were so kind to us and our two dogs. Very talented and hard working. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

5 stars from start to finish! My wife and I were very pleased with Mike and his team as they did our back porch. It was a small job in comparison to most of the jobs they do, yet they did it with the same fine attention to details and we were very pleased with the work done.
Mike communicated well throughout the process and kept us informed by text and phone calls as to when they were coming or if they were delayed or running late etc...
We were very pleased with the finished product and when we noticed an issue with one of the pieces of PVC a couple days later (that showed some discoloration), Mike was quick to respond and reassure us that it would be taken care of. True to his word, it was dealt with in a timely manner and we absolutely love it!
We do want to give a shout out to Jeff and Tommy who worked on the project. They are excellent craftsmen and were very careful to make sure the job was done skillfully. They were both very pleasant and professional to work with.

Exceeding our expectations in countless ways, Mike Schaaf and his team of experienced carpenters created a screened porch for our newly purchased home that met our every goal for style, design and craftsmanship. The resulting addition well balances the original structure and compels visitors to assume it is original to the house. Mike’s attention to detail remains evident in his careful search for materials that would replicate what we love most about our interior — reclaimed wood, planked flooring, a fieldstone fireplace — as well as the exterior’s cedar shakes and custom roof. Inclined to seek 3 or 4 quotes for any project, we stopped at 2 after meeting Mike thanks to the confidence he inspired and the quality of his portfolio and presentation.

Mike was professional, prompt, and communicated well throughout the entire process from start to finish.

We had a few hiccups outside of our control and he successfully navigated the hurdles with us and we are very happy with the finished product.

We definitely recommend him for your next project-thanks again, Mike!

Love the professionalism. As a single homeowner I was very skeptical of strangers being at my home. ALL worker's were so kind, professional and made me feel safe. The fact that they got the city permit sealed the deal for me! I have had beyond several people say how much they love my front porch!

Working with Mike and his team was a really smooth and easy process. We had a rough vision of what we wanted for our pool deck which included a lot of adjustments and tweaks that were handled with ease and made the vision come to life. The communication was top notch and helped us feel comfortable the entire time. After getting a few quotes from businesses around SW Michigan, it was clear that Archadeck was the one to go with - the hometown/local vibe made us confident that we'd experience quality work and that we weren't just another job. Definitely would recommend!
